Apple Champagne from See Canyon
Continuing the centuries-old tradition of the Sons of the Unicorn, we create a tantalizing California dry, sparkling apple champagne, crafted from select apple varieties nurtured in the unique microclimate and terroir of See Canyon, nestled just three miles from the Pacific Ocean.
Artesian springs feed the San Miguelito Creek that runs through our farm, sparking a fertility in the soil. Majestic redwoods, citrus, grapes, vegetables, and native plants flourish, but the apples shine. Numerous varieties from old to modern grow abundantly.
Vin De Pomme - Heaven Sent
We are pleased to present our newest harvest of Vin De Pomme "Heaven Sent", named after this unique apple indigenous to See Canyon.
2009 Viognier and Tempranillo
We are now releasing our 2009 Viognier and 2009 Tempranillo. If you’ve ever wanted to experience these varietals in their purest form, here’s your chance! These are both small-lot boutique wines harvested from the West Side of Paso Robles and they achieve a wonderful balance without the need to blend, just like our “Apple Champagne”.
